KERI KOEPKE, DIRECTOR

Ms. Koepke has degrees in both Regular Education and Dance Education.  For the past five years she has been teaching in the public and private schools.  Currently, she is working at Lincoln Elementary School, in Hartford, as a math resource teacher.  In 2003, Keri recieved her BFA in Dance and K-12 Certification at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Peck School of the Arts.  During college, she had the privilege to work with choreographers:  Andre' Tyson, Ed Burgess, Janet Lily, and Simone Ferro.  In 2003, Keri's dance composition "Downward Spiral" was picked to be performed in the School's "New DanceMakers" concert.  She has also had the opportunity to perform in various dance pieces and productions including "The Robe of Love" and "Linear Sphere".  Recently, Keri choreographed and performed for a Danceworks' summer concert, Art-to-Art.  Ms. Koepke's greatest passion lies in teaching and choreographing dance, as well as seeing the benefits of artistry and wellness that are provided. 
 

 

 

 

     

 

JENNIFER HEID, INSTRUCTORJENNIFER HEID, INSTRUCTOR

Jennifer began dancing at the age of ten as part of the company at 'To The Pointe" Dance Studio in Hartland, WI.  Having also taught for the Oconomowoc Recreation Department dance program, she also was employed for the West Bend School District, serving as the coordinator for Alcohol and Drug prevention.  Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Dance and Other Affiliated Artists, and has participated in many dance workshops and performances.  Her favorite role is mother to her new daughter who appeared with her onstage in Revolution's 2006 production of 'Cinderella", and her hope is to help students develop a passion for dance. 
 

 

                                   

JULIA OSTRANGER, INSTRUCTOR

Julia has been dancing since she was three years old and recently completed her BFA in Dance from UW-Milwaukee.  She was also a member of the West Bend Dance and Tumbling Troupe for eight years and has been seen in many local productions.  Currently she is pursuing a second degree as a Physical Therapist assistant at MATC.  She loves to share dance with her students because she gets to see the joy and energy that they exude when they dance.   

  ANGIE KRAUTKRAMER, INSTRUCTOR (not shown)

Angie is a fairly new teacher to Revolution. She has been dancing for nearly 19 years.
She was instructed in Oriental dance or Belly Dance by her family, who were, in turn, taught by
internationally famous instructor/performer, Morroco. Angie has performed at numerous weddings, school functions,
and medieval reenactments. She has even performed at the Indiana Pacer's annual charity event. When not dancing
she is busy with veterinary technician classes and working at the
Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center.
 

 KATIA COOPER, NIAKATIA COOPER, NIA

Katia is a Blue Belt Nia teacher who enjoys the cardiovascular fitness and lifestyle changes that Nia brings.  Having been a student of Nia since 1996, she started teaching in 2003, with a passion to support her students' self-image and healthier potential for growth.  Katia, also a Meditation and Reiki teacher, integrates health and wholeness benefits with pleasurable movement to replace limitations or discomfort.  Her Nia classes for anyone stimulate toning, visualization, increaed joy, and body-mind-spirit transformation and connection for a healthier lifestyle.  Also visit www.niawisconsin.com for more information. 
 

 SAM MOR, INSTRUCTOR (not shown)

Sam started taking lessons at the age of 3.  She attended Gayle's Dance Studio in Milwaukee until she was 18 years old.  At Gayle's, Sam was given the opportunity to be a member of the teacher training program and of the performing group, Kids Korps.  Kids Korps, was a performance company that put on full costumed (one hour) shows for senior homes, local festivals, and other events.  While at Gayle's, Samantha has had teh opportunity to attend workshops for NADAA, Joe Hall, Dance Olympus, and Dance America.  During college, Sam started teaching for a local studio in Cedarburg and Menomonee Falls.  Now, with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sam is continuing her love of dance by teaching at Revolution School of Dance!
